MRHC does not store any information collected on contact us form. When a form is submitted MRHC receives an email via Outlook about the inquiry. That inquiry is handled by an employee via phone call, or email. Microsoft outlook utilizes 2FA and encryption to protect data making it indecipherable without the appropriate decryption key.

Cookies and Similar Technology

MRHC does not use cookies and similar tracking technology (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect and use personal information about you.

Protecting Children’s Privacy

Our site is not intended for users under 18 years of age. Our Patient Portal is available to patients between the ages of 13 – 17 years of age with permission of their legal guardian.
