Dr. Del Conte received his Medical Degree at Quillen College of Medicine at ETSU, and completed residency training at Northwestern’s Family and Community Medicine program in Humboldt Park. More recently, he worked in a Urgent Care and Convenient Primary Care at Midwest Express Clinic.
Dr. Del Conte’s clinical interest include: medication management, dietary guidance, and creating an environment where patients feel empowered, healthy, and happy.
Dr. Shaemah Khan attended Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training at Franciscan Health of Illinois, and more recently spent time working at Northwestern Medicine. As an experienced and passionate family medicine physician, she enjoys delivering comprehensive care to her patients. Dr. Khan’s special clinical interests are preventative medicine, obesity, sports and urgent care.
